Minimum Education, Experience And Additional RequirementsEducation directly related to the minimum requirements below may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. High school diploma or GED; and Three (3) years of clerical or office assistant experience. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Possession of a valid New Mexico Driver's License or the ability to obtain by date of hire. Possession of a City Operator's Permit (COP) within 6 months from date of hire. Possession of a valid CPR and First Aid certificate within six (6) months from date of hire. May work evening, night, weekend and holiday shifts. Successful completion of a security background check conducted by the Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) of the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI). Dependent on position may require a valid certified typing test issued by a state agency, county agency or an accredited educational institution with a minimum score of forty (40) net WPM.
