Job Description: The Senior Patient Services Representative will manage front desk operations at a concierge clinic, ensuring smooth patient interactions from check-in to check-out. This role requires handling insurance verifications, scheduling appointments, and delivering top-tier customer service to a VIP clientele. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle patient check-ins and check-outs in a busy concierge clinic setting.
- Verify insurance and handle patient billing inquiries, including Explanation of Benefits (EOB).
- Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate services.
- Answer patient phone calls and assist with any inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service to high-profile clients.
- Maintain a polished and professional demeanor while working closely with internal medical staff.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in patient services, preferably in family practice, primary care, or internal medicine settings.
- Strong preference for candidates with EPIC software experience.
- Must be polished, professional, and able to thrive in a high-profile, fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
