The successful candidate will manage comprehensive payroll functions, work closely with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to continual process improvement. Key Responsibilities: Oversee time & attendance, process payroll for Costa Rica and assist with Americas payrolls (US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil). Manage Deferred Comp and ESPP fidelity, offer customer service and support, and serve as backup to the Payroll Manager.
