Overview

Summary: Join Morgan Properties as a Senior Payroll Specialist! We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to ensure accurate and efficient payroll processes. Your expertise in multi-state payroll, strong communication skills, and technical proficiency will be key in driving accuracy and supporting our team.

This role is based out of our brand new corporate office in Conshohocken, PA with an in-office schedule of Tuesday-Friday and the option to work remotely on Monday.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process weekly/biweekly payroll and handle off-cycle payments.

* Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and compliance.

* Troubleshoot payroll system issues and produce ad hoc reports.

* Process commissions and special compensation programs.

* Assist with payroll-related inquiries and support the Payroll Director in audits and process improvements.

* Help with year-end activities like W-2 filings.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited four-year college or university.

* Minimum of 5 years of payroll experience, with at least 3 years in a multi-state environment.

* Strong working knowledge of Dayforce (Ceridian) is required.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

* Comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal payroll laws, as well as local and state sick leave laws.

* Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification preferred.

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
