CGS is seeking a dynamic Sr. Growth Marketing Manager with a proven track record of driving demand and building brand awareness through innovative, data-driven marketing strategies. This role focuses on supporting businesses across supply chain software, outsourcing, enterprise learning, and immersive L&D technologies, delivering impactful lead generation campaigns that produce measurable results.

A blend of strategic vision, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on marketing expertise is essential to excel in this role. Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel growth campaigns that drive demand and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, with experience integrating them into broader demand generation strategies. You should be a self-starter with a passion for leveraging data to inform campaign decisions, identify opportunities, and measure performance. This role requires a proven ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable growth.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Management

• Work with the Head of Demand Generation and key stakeholders to develop and execute lead generation campaigns across paid media channels, including search, display, social, and programmatic.

• Manage the campaign lifecycle, from ideation and creative briefing to execution, optimization, and reporting.

• Ensure campaigns align with business unit goals and drive awareness, engagement, and qualified lead generation.

Analytics & Reporting

• Develop and maintain dashboards to provide a comprehensive view of campaign ROI, web traffic sources, conversion paths, and overall site performance.

• Analyze data from both campaigns and website performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization

• Conduct post-campaign performance reviews to identify successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

• Stay updated on trends in campaign tracking and reporting technologies to enhance the company's analytics capabilities.

Collaboration & Strategy

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and sales, to ensure seamless execution and alignment of marketing initiatives.

• Collaborate with external agencies to ensure optimal campaign performance.

• Contribute to the strategic planning process, bringing data-driven insights to improve the overall demand generation strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5–7 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or campaign management.

• Proven expertise in paid media management, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other programmatic platforms.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in creating and managing marketing dashboards using tools like Google Analytics (GA4 preferred), Looker Studio, or similar platforms.

• Deep understanding of campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, etc.) and the ability to provide actionable recommendations.

• Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).

• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for stakeholders.
