Role Summary:

A well-established, global chemical and metal manufacturing leader seeks a Senior Process Engineer who will work alongside experienced engineers to make plant-wide improvements and changes and assist with future planning decisions. This role will prioritize process improvements that most efficiently lead to the most significant impact while minimizing effort and resources.

Comp/Benefits:

The base salary range is $110-$130K+, a 15-25% bonus target, comprehensive benefits, and generous PTO. Working onsite daily with flexible start times

Qualifications:

• BS Chem Eng, BSME, or similar
• 5-8+ years in chemical, metals, refinery, or similar environment
• Process Engineering, Equipment Evaluation, Equipment Layout and Planning
• Process Improvements, Safety/CHS Compliance

Nice to have:

• Lab Skills or Knowledge
• Chemical Engineering concepts
• Inorganic Chemistry knowledge

Requirements:

• Only considering local candidates
• US Citizen or Green Card Holder
• Willing to work onsite daily, wear steel-toe boots, and if applicable, maintain a clean-shaven face to adhere to safety policies, including wearing required PPE
