About the Job
This position takes responsibility for a specific process discipline's management, application, and execution across the MLC organization. The senior process engineer assumes accountability for refractory, comminution, classification, hydration, and/or precipitation across all production units utilizing that technology. The senior process engineer establishes themselves as the resident expert in this technology, both in its current and future utilization. Monitors employee's performance, including safety compliance, absenteeism and tardiness, work practices/processes and adherence to plant and federal rules/procedures/regulations, work and process efficiency, job tasks and assignments, etc.
