We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and self-starter product manager to join as the Sr. Product Manager to take a leadership role in driving one of Amazon's fastest growing businesses.
The product manager in this role will focus on driving Selection enablement initiatives for Exports Business and interact with technology, localization, AI/ML Science, and Catalog tech teams. The ideal candidate will be expected to have product experience and the ability to drive initiatives from PRFAQ to launch stages. This person will also have the opportunity to lead current retail, global store, and exports selection initiatives and products and will be tasked to drive selection up by partnering with Global Retail teams. The ideal candidate should have solid data analytics skills along with excellent business judgment, deep curiosity about how things work, and a passion for creating a world class shopping experience for our customers. You will work with business teams of all sizes and must have the leadership presence and communication skills to represent Amazon Global & Expansion at all levels.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company, and dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
