Our Enterprise Identity team at Workday is a critical security program that strives to provide secure identity with access management, lifecycle management, governance/administration, and privileged access management to the entire organization. Our vision is to provide modern IAM capabilities and services that are simple, seamless, and secure to protect our company, data, and partners.

About The Role

We are looking for a Sr. Identity Product Manager with a proven track record of displaying amazing skills and ambition with Enterprise Identity to join our team! This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a world-class organization that is at the forefront identity solutions!

Responsibilities:
  • Translate business strategy into a comprehensive identity product strategy
  • Build and maintain scalable processes to effectively implement identity product strategy for a large enterprise
  • Offer valuable insights to individuals interested in services related to identity and the identity market
  • Write high-level requirements to ensure detailed execution of product initiatives
  • Support Product Owners and collaborate with internal customers and key partners to address any questions or concerns they may have
  • Lead all aspects of in-life products, including collecting customer feedback, identifying requirements, and resolving issues
  • Display strong written and verbal communication skills, and optimally interact with executives and individuals across all levels of the organization.
  • About YouBasic Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in program/product management in the security or technology-focused domain
  • 5+ years of experience with Identity & Access Management
  • Experience with Identity tooling such as Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt, AzureAD, etc.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Solid understanding and proven experience with Zero Trust & Identity knowledge and its application in improving security for all facets of Identity
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliances
  • Experience with collaboration tools and products like Atlassian and Google Workspace
  • Detailed knowledge of security and identity-related methodologies and their impact on enterprise organizations
  • Ability to effectively navigate and mitigate risks within a global organization

    The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.     Primary Location: USA.VA.Home Office

    Primary Location Base Pay Range: $148,000 USD - $222,000 USD

    Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $140,600 USD - $246,000 USD
