What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Direct supervision of a management team and personnel staffing schedule development
- Leading performance of base checks and coordination with internal customer groups
- Acting as the primary liaison with airframe suppliers, overseeing quality, performance, and financial aspects
- Balancing financial invoices, adjusting budget standards, and pursuing cost-saving opportunities
- Providing overall performance metric updates on a recurring basis
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent aviation experience
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate
- Minimum of 7 years overall aviation confirmed experience; minimum of 3 years supervisory or project management experience in aviation-related fields
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
