You will be a key player on the Conversion Tribe, reporting to the Director of Product and will be responsible for shipping stellar, industry-first features. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to aid in delivering beloved experiences that resonate deeply with consumers. This role comes with a mandate to set the agenda, innovate and execute as well as to hone and polish proven value props.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with Engineering and Design leads to help set the strategy, vision and product roadmap for integrating with leading shopping apps delivering high engagement and value to our members
  • Build effective relationships with key partners in our Sales team and collaborate closely with them on roadmap prioritization
  • Demonstrate an expert understanding of the technologies underpinning mobile integrations
  • Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities from qualitative and quantitative user research, and competitive analysis
  • Work with business analytics partners to size opportunities and to determine how to validate hypotheses
  • Keep up-to-date with the competitive landscape and the evolving needs of online shoppers and e-commerce retailers
  • Foster positive team spirit conducive to both innovation AND velocity
  • Act as a catalyst for healthy debate, curiosity, and open conversations about the purpose and value of work we deliver together
  • Effectively convey the value, status, and constraints of your projects to large audiences and to senior leadership on a regular basis
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Expert at breaking down open-ended challenges with structured thought processes and frameworks
  • Skilled at synthesizing diverse inputs when solving problems and communicating strategy
  • Experience managing and delivering multiple high impact projects
  • Comfortable making decisive tradeoff calls, and capable of rallying the support of your stakeholders
  • Able to generate a high volume of novel opportunities and efficiently assess their merit
  • Reflexively turn products upside down to diagnose weak spots and prioritize solutions
  • Self-sufficient with sourcing and analyzing data
  • Prior experience with Agile methodologies
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
  • BA or BS required, preferably in Computer Science, Business, or Economics.
  • MBA or 5+ years experience in Product Management
  • Prior experience in business operations, product analytics, product integrations or management consulting is a plus

Individual compensation will vary based on job-related factors, including the skills, qualifications, and experience of the successful candidate as well as business need and geographic location. The successful applicant for this role will be eligible for discretionary bonus, health, vision, dental insurance, 401k matching, PTO, Volunteer Time Off (VTO), and other employee benefits as the company implements.USD $105,435.00 - $179,740.00 annually
