As Illumina's Product Manager/Senior Product Manager for the NovaSeq X product line, you will support the development and launch of future NovaSeq X systems, workflow enhancements, and core reagents, driving innovation and adoption across multiple applications, segments, and geographies. This role is critical in ensuring that new products are designed to meet emerging customer needs and maintain Illumina's leadership in high-throughput sequencing. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, with deep experience engaging directly with customers to shape product development and commercialization strategies. Additionally, you will work closely with R&D and technical product managers to clearly define user needs, prioritize requirements, and ensure solutions are fully aligned with those needs.

The estimated base salary range for the Sr. Product Manager, NovaSeq X role based in the United States of America is: $105,600 - $158,400. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual's qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
