We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager that is excited to take their career to the next level with one of the fastest and most exciting apparel brands around! Overseeing aspects of our Planning and Allocation ecosystem across multiple channels, you possess deep understanding of end-to-end planning process and have a knack for problem-solving. You will help us build and implement new forecasting and planning capabilities. As our solutions balance art and science, you will have a chance to lead the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization and strategy to execution and enhancement, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will be a key member of our Analytics team as we continue to scale our planning solution that's built on analytical capabilities and insights.

What you'll get to do:

  • Serve as a key strategic partner to Merchandising and Planning stakeholders and implement innovative planning and analytical capabilities to activate seamless end-to-end planning process.
  • Lead the rollout of the new Forecasting and Planning products and identify and prioritize future enhancements. Shape the roadmap that aligns with Vuori's product and growth strategy.
  • Partner closely with data engineers from various domains to refine data needs and support data curation. Lead the agile development process to ensure delivery of high-quality planning and analytics features.
  • Conduct data analysis as needed to gather business insights in support of the stakeholders. Inform and influence leaders in the organization through clear communication and storytelling.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports, highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Deep experience in retail/wholesale planning is required plus 5+ years of experience in enabling planning capabilities in retail apparel/footwear space.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • High level of initiative, creativity, and leadership. Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships across teams.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous learning, with a proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.

The salary range for this role is $155,000 per year - $175,000 per year.
