Would you like to be part of a fast-growing fin-tech payments ecosystem at Amazon? Amazon Pay's Buyer Experience team is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Technical to redefine Amazon Pay's end-to-end merchandising strategy, including buyer identification, smart recommendations, button and pre-checkout optimization with the goal of delighting buyers and creating a win-win outcome for both merchants and Amazon Pay.
As a leader, you will drive overall vision and product strategy, from drafting compelling and data driven PRFAQs to gain leadership buy-in and investment to working closely with your engineering team to deliver the solutions. You will collaborate with internal Amazon Payments teams and external fin-tech partners to develop Amazon Pay's differentiated offering.
You will oversee customer experience, technical strategy and growth of launched products. This will require you to work closely with our marketing and go-to-market teams to both capture relevant Voice of Customer/Voice of Merchant anecdotes and to build out scalable incentive frameworks to drive adoption.
You'll need to operate with a high level of autonomy, operate analytically, working backwards from data and customer insights to build innovative solutions to unsolved problems.
As a product leader, you'll need to have a proven track record of creating a unified product vision, 3-5 year plan, yearly product roadmap and have demonstrated experience to delivering end to end products.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
