Position:

Title: Sr. Product Marketing Manager, AIOps

Location: Remote/Home Office North Carolina area preferred. Remote work acceptable.

Travel Requirements: Up to 15%

We are in search of a Sr. Product Marketing Manager with deep expertise in AIOps and related IT Operations Management (ITOM) market segments to own the go-to-market strategy and execution for Riverbed IQ, the AIOps product line of our Unified Observability product portfolio. Riverbeds AI-driven Unified Observability portfolio is the key growth driver of our business, and Riverbed IQ plays a key role in it. This role is a critical foundation for growing this part of the business.

What you will do:

You will contribute to portfolio-wide product launches and help create broader stories focused on Enterprise/B2B business challenges that relate to AIOps. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for positioning, messaging and content creation to support launches and campaigns that include your areas of portfolio ownership. You will understand the market landscape, define/refine target personas for both business and technical decision makers, and provide content to efficiently drive customers through their full journey with Riverbeds AIOps solutions. In this role you will partner closely with Product Mgmt., Solutions Marketing, Sales/Partner Enablement, Technical Evangelists, and Brand and Campaigns teams.

  • Develop differentiated product positioning by understanding customer use cases/needs/desired outcomes, product roadmap, market trends, and competitive forces for growing the base and securing new logos.
  • Plan and execute product launches with related sales enablement to cross-functional teams (spanning Product Management, Marketing, Solutions, Support, Service, Sales, Channels).
  • Build compelling content in the form of presentations, battle cards, white papers, messaging, and competitive positioning, etc. that will be used by direct sales and channel for positioning Riverbed IQ to prospects and customers.
  • Develop and own GTM strategy for the enterprise audience, including both executive and technical decision makers in coordination with Sales and Enablement team.
  • Analyze competitive offerings and develop positions for our differentiation.
What makes you an ideal candidate:
  • Multiple years (5 or more) of product marketing experience in the AIOps, ITOM, or ITSM management spaces.
  • Strong technical acumen with ability to simplify technical content into easy-to-understand concepts and value propositions.
  • Self-Starter who can identify gaps and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and energetically pursue them to completion.
  • Passionate storyteller who can articulate a compelling vision both verbally and in writing.
