Sr Project Manager - Acquisition Pay Rate $50/hour-$53.25/hour fully remote from any US location Duration 5 month+ assignment Demonstrated success leading projects of moderate to high complexity that impact people, process, and technology - Experience with the non-technical activities of software development and the agile/Scrum frameworks (e.g., requirements gathering, testing, and training) - PMP certification is a plus looking for a Senior Project Manager to support our Global Revenue Operations team. They will partner with a program manager to support the integration of an acquisition. They will ensure that the Commercial team, processes, and systems are prepared for the effective selling, fulfillment, and support of the acquisition's products and services. The Senior Project Manager will support critical activities within the project management and software development lifecycles. General project management deliverables will include project charters, schedules, risks and issues log, status reports, meetings such as requirement gathering sessions, and change management plans. Software development specific activities will include preparing for Agile/Scrum sprint planning and facilitating user acceptance testing. To accomplish these tasks, the Senior Project Manager will work most closely with other individuals in Global Revenue Operations but also collaborate with others inside and outside the Commercial organization (e.g., Sales, Service, GIS/IT, Product Development, and Quality/Compliance). The successful candidate must be able to work independently and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Requirements: Demonstrated success leading projects of moderate to high complexity that impact people, process, and technology Experience with the non-technical activities of software development and the agile/Scrum frameworks Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years of managing or coordinating projects PMP certification is a plus Preferred background and skills: Competent at developing program and project plans, including detailed timelines with durations, dependencies, critical path, and milestones Deep understanding of project management activities, including discovery, stakeholder alignment, implementation, and follow-up activities Can develop business cases to justify investment for a specific requirement and to support prioritization Able to communicate effectively with individual contributors, mid-level managers, and senior leaders Ability to work well both independently and in a group setting Experienced at identifying project risks and building mitigation plans Computer Skills: MS Office, Jira, collaboration and remote working tools Benefits:(employee contribution) •Health insurance •Health savings account •Dental insurance •Vision insurance •Flexible spending accounts •Life insurance •Retirement plan All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran. #IND11
