Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Sr. Data and Analytics Project Manager in the Enterprise Data Office at Children's Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) is responsible for the strategic planning, leadership, and successful execution of complex projects within the hospital and research domains. This role involves managing the full project life cycle, from planning through implementation, to ensure high-quality, timely, and cost-effective outcomes. The Senior Project Manager develops and maintains detailed project schedules and work plans, coordinates internal and external resources, and engages with stakeholders at all levels. Additionally, this role requires conducting thorough research and analysis, closely monitoring project progress, and documenting results. A key aspect of this position is the ability to drive dynamic change management, ensuring that projects meet defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints, while adapting to evolving requirements as needed to deliver maximum business value. Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: •Required: 7+ years of progressive project management experience, focusing on clinical and non-clinical hospital operations, with 5+ years of experience specifically managing complex and high-risk projects in a business unit-facing role with a commitment to business problem solving •Proficiency in using Jira (Atlassian) or similar project management tools. •Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and effectively communicate with stakeholders across different levels of the organization. •Strong problem-solving skills within the healthcare domain •Preferred: •Experienced with IT projects and familiarity with data governance and compliance •Demonstrated success in achieving project deliverables on time and within budget •Advanced understanding of healthcare data systems and regulatory requirements. Education/Licensure/Certification: •Required: •Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or other related field. •Preferred: •Master's degree, such as an MBA in Information Systems or MHA is preferred. •Project management training and certification is preferred. Pay Scale Information USD $104,832.00 - USD $188,697.00 CHLA values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization. Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
