  • Lead and manage multiple complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior project managers and team members.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field; Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
  • Proven experience managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
