Lead and manage multiple complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.

Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.

Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

Mentor and provide guidance to junior project managers and team members.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field; Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.

Proven experience managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira).

Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
