We are seeking an experienced and organized project manager to support the marketing organization. This role involves partnering with functional teams to ensure clear communication and alignment between Growth, Media, Creative, and Marketing Management. Responsibilities include forecasting campaigns, managing timelines and trackers, scheduling meetings, and maintaining documentation.
**Key Qualifications:**
- 5-7 years of experience in project or program management
- Excellent communication skills at all management levels
- Strong organizational and task-tracking abilities
- Proven ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Initiative and confidence in decision-making under pressure
- Passion for continuous improvement and sharing best practices
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., AirTable, Wrike) and software (e.g., Excel, Keynote)
Responsibilities:
- Assist with annual and quarterly marketing forecast planning
- Collaborate across departments to align on initiatives
- Maintain timelines and scope adjustments
- Coordinate meetings and distribute project status updates
- Optimize workflows and manage project schedules
- Take meeting notes and ensure clarity of communication
- Partner with Resource and Brand Management for alignment
- Update master timelines and collaborate on tracking standards
