Job Summary: As a Sr. Project Manager / Business Analyst, you will be responsible for building project management, analysis, and work stream leadership activities for US regulatory programs and projects. Key Responsibilities: •Develop Project Plan and Documentation, including timeline, resource, and cost management. •Collect and manage requirements, including business and functional requirements and signoffs. •Propose and document future state business processes/target operating model. •Design functional user interfaces and overall system architecture proposals. •Conduct solution option analysis & documentation, including pros, cons, and recommendations. •Identify risks and issues throughout the Project Life Cycle. •Develop Test Plans for SIT, UAT, and Regression testing. •Create Test Scripts and Test Case documentation. •Work with Governance controls - RACI, Traceability matrices, change control, and toll gate criteria. •Collaborate with junior project resources and business analysts. Required Qualifications: •Experience in the Securities Industry working in business management and/or change management with an understanding of Global Markets/Investment Banking products. •Project Management and Business Analysis experience in financial services. •Experience leading business requirement analysis and creating associated documentation and presentations. •Ability to work with stakeholders, participate in meetings, present effective presentations, and drive agendas. •Experience managing multiple groups and associated levels of stakeholders. •Ability to work under limited supervision ('self-starter') in unstructured environments. •Ability to quickly grasp complex problems and provide solutions. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and other tools such as Visio, SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence. •Experience with various Project Management tools and delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile). •Knowledge of Use Cases. •Proven test management experience. Preferred Qualifications: •Experience working on finance, operations, or credit risk change projects. •Certifications in Project Management and Business Analysis.Education: Bachelors Degree
