Job OverviewUnder the general direction of his/her direct management, the Sr. Project Manager is responsible for managing and directing the implementation of all the UAT and Beta testing related components of one or more simultaneous project efforts, as assigned by the VP, Sr. Director and / or Director of the PMO. The Sr. Project Manager is directly responsible to project manage one or more work-streams (aka Work Packages or Swim-lanes) within a Program (a group of like projects designed to satisfy a single objective) and to ensure that all intra and inter project related dependencies are defined, managed, and controlled. Additionally, the Sr. Project Manager must have experience leading complex programs, building cross functional partnerships and drive enterprise wide cross functional collaboration, soliciting, combining and aggregating project progress information from technical and business teams, as a single point of reporting for the Program's overall health, to include deliverables, cost, schedule, risks and issues, to the program's sponsor / client, in order to consistently deliver high quality solutions, products and services on-time. The key focus of this position is overall management of projects across multiple business and technology groups, and ensuring delivery of specific business/customer functionality that is on-time.Job summary and ResponsibilitiesOrganizational Performance

- Ensure regular program related effective communication occurs, i.e.: Status report, meeting minutes, etc.
- Establishes quality objectives, criteria, standards, and levels at the sub-project level, with input from stakeholders
- Implements established quality management methods, techniques, and tools
- Ensures that all external dependencies are managed
- Uses established key performance indicators to monitor program outcomes and sub-project controls
- Ensures that appropriate allowances are included in project budgets and forecasts as well as align with project lifecycle stage/maturity, risks, and complexities
- Manages sign-off process and obtains all approvals required for programs and projects under their control
- Leading the team in the formulation and execution of recovery actions when necessary to meet commitments. This will include obtaining the commitment of the various function discipline leaders to ensure the overall recovery of the program and any impacted sub-projects

- Proven ability to identify timeline risks and ensure key stakeholder visibility to any possible date changes
- Maintains excellent written and verbal communications with customers, employee, supervisors, and managers

- Keeps key stakeholders and sponsor updated on the status of projects, risks, blockers, and allocation of resources, conflicts, risks, blockers, and customer needs

Primary skills (100%) / experience
- 7-10 years of project and program management responsibility, demonstrating leadership skills through various life-cycle phases (cross functional experience within Beta and UST testing is required)
- 7-10 years of management experience in which one or more of the following has occurred:
- Demonstrated competency in managing resources to meet project and program goals
- Successfully implemented new work processes or process improvements
- Ability to communicate at an executive level
