Job Description
The Senior Project Manager – Technical (Auto Infotainment Systems) position involves assisting in overseeing and coordinating the planning, execution, and delivery of technical development projects. Focused on achieving milestones of all development content while delivering a quality product on schedule.
Required Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or science-related degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Education:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering (IT preferred)
Preferred Certification:
• PMP
Required Experience and Skills:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience creating and managing schedules
• Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to produce presentation documents
The Senior Project Manager – Technical (Auto Infotainment Systems) Key Accountabilities:
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively
• Create/coordinate manage the overall development schedule to ensure alignment between multiple functional disciplines and the project milestones
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration to track maturation and capture open concerns
• Analyze data interpret complex data sets to provide insights and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Communicate complex data findings and insights to management
• Conducting thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Develop and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to facilitate data-driven insights
• Set up/maintain project space in Atlassian tools (Confluence/JIRA)
• Coordinate development confirmation events to ensure development progress of appropriate hardware and software
• Collect test time requests and provide to project team
• Communicate project progress, status updates, and risks to stakeholders
• Conduct reviews to evaluate outcomes and assist in facilitating decision making within the project team
