Professional Civil Engineer - Water Resources - Sr. Project Manager Halff has an opening for a Senior Professional Civil Engineer to work on our Water Resources team in Tampa, FL as a Sr. Project Manager. The candidate will lead and manage a team of engineers and other professionals, mange projects, and interact with clients. Other responsibilities include project management, hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, water resources planning, and design for Public and Private storm water infrastructure. Halff seeks a highly skilled professional to create cost-effective, maintainable, and sustainable solutions for municipalities, governmental agencies, and developers.
Professional Civil Engineer - Water Resources - Project Manager Qualifications: - Bachelors or advanced degree in Civil Engineering
- PE license in the state of Florida or ability to obtain within 6 months
- 10 years of experience
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills
- Must be proficient in project management, administration, and supervision
- Must have technical experience with hydrology and hydraulic modeling software.
- Experience with 2D modeling software packages are preferred
- Experience in the development of stormwater infrastructure and water quality assessment
- Sound understanding of tidal flooding, storm surge, and wave propagation concepts
- General knowledge of coastal engineering design and restoration practices
- Ability to work in a team environment with multiple offices and various disciplines.
