The Sr Quality Coordinator is accountable to support the needs of the Holland operations. This role is responsible to perform the local and corporate responsibilities listed below. This role will work directly with the Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Manager to support the business objectives. This role will also work in collaboration with all members of the Holland team in an effort to support the Quality related needs of the business.

+ Analyze existing operations and propose cost justified improvements, by leading the advancement and implementation of lean manufacturing initiatives in production as it relates to Quality, specifically delivering 10% of annual Holland ME & QA team hard savings goal documented in the Lean Funnel monthly.
+ Lead root cause analysis and drive the implementation of mistake proofing to eliminate and preventative actions
+ Address internal requests to initiate Nonconformance Reports (NCRs) in a timely manner and keep the total number of open NCRs below target.
+ Analyze and monitor COPQ weekly.
+ Complete a 5-Why for any Repeat or Escape non-conformance.
+ File and maintain Quality documentation as units are produced.
+ Provide maintained Quality documentation upon request.
+ Perform Final Inspections as necessary.
+ Create Certificates of Conformance when needed.
+ Make requested changes to ISO documentation.
+ Develop ISO 9001 internal audit schedule and perform audits to schedule.
+ Support ISO 9001 audit preparation and other various audit preparations.
+ Support the Shop Floor with any Quality related requests.
+ Implement any relevant Quality checks and measures.
+ Mark and tag defective hardware as necessary.
+ Create customer Quality documentation binders when required.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Salary range:
$54,000.00 - $86,500.00
