This individual will be instrumental in sourcing and attracting top talent for high-demand clinical roles and social workers. The ideal candidate will be highly technically adept, able to navigate multiple systems with ease, and bring strong experience in sourcing, recruitment metrics, and CRM tools.Sr. Recruiter Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Talent Delivery Manager and HRBP to understand business needs and develop comprehensive, market-facing sourcing strategies.
- Source, identify, assess, and screen candidates for requisitions or job groups within specified clinical areas.
- Utilize Behavioral-Based Interviewing (BBI) techniques in phone screenings to provide high-quality candidate slates to hiring managers.
- Develop and implement robust sourcing strategies to build and maintain talent pipelines.
- Participate actively in new requisition intake meetings, adding strategic value and insights.
- Review applicant pools to identify candidates who meet screening qualifications.
- Utilize CRM, Workday, and other sourcing tools to manage candidate data effectively and meet monthly recruiting targets.
Sr. Recruiter Qualifications:
- 5+ years of prior experience recruiting on high volume requisitions and dealing with 20+ hiring managers.
- Demonstrated ability to create and present detailed recruitment metrics and reporting insights to drive strategic hiring decisions and improve processes
- Highly proficient with CRM systems, Workday is a plus, and other sourcing tools.
- Experience working in a fast-paced high volume work environment.
- Proven ability to meet recruitment metrics and deliver on hiring goals.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude for using multiple recruiting systems and tools.
- High school diploma required.
Sr. Recruiter Additional Details:
- Hybrid Schedule: Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- 3 month contract with intenet to hire (based on performance and budget)
- Compensation starting at $50/hr. (based on experience)
