Job Description:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Directs local site level logistics operations.
  • Supports business development opportunities within the assigned region working with District Directors, Account Executives, and Senior Executives to bring content knowledge and competency to the opportunity.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent planning, time management, collaboration, decision making, organization, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrable skills in coaching, motivating, team building and training
  • Ability to develop and document processes and procedures
  • Ability to handle multitasking and work under pressure to meet deadlines
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment
  • Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
  • Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 10 or more years' experience in logistics operations
