Job Description:

About the Role: We are looking for a Behavioral Technician to provide ABA services to clients in our clinic and school. Working under BCBA supervision, you will implement behavior programs and collect data to support client progress.Position Responsibilities: You will be responsible for implementing ABA-based learning programs and behavior reduction protocols with clients. This includes accurate data collection, participating in assessments, and supporting parental training initiatives. You must maintain client confidentiality, ensure client safety, and document all service activities according to company standards.Team members collaborate regularly with BCBAs, other technicians, and families while participating in ongoing professional development to enhance their clinical skills.Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma (Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field is beneficial)
  • Professional experience working with children
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to work effectively in team settings
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn required software platforms
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and respond quickly to client needs
  • Current CPR certification
  • Must pass criminal bkgrnd check (BCI and FBI)
