The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue goals.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Create Reports and Dashboards: Develop and present clear reports and dashboards that highlight key revenue metrics, performance insights, and actionable recommendations.

  • Build Automated Insights: Collaborate with the Marketplace Yield & Analytics (MYA) team to automate revenue insights and performance tracking using Looker and other tools.

  • Analyze Business Dynamics: Conduct deep dives into leading and lagging indicators to identify early warnings and trends. Implement KPIs to measure performance against strategic and revenue goals.

  • Develop Sales Forecasts: Work with MYA, Finance and Sales leadership to create accurate revenue forecasts and partner with Growth Planning team to support annual sales planning, including: bottoms-up forecasting and budgeting, quota setting, compensation analysis.

  • Monitor Revenue Performance: Track sales performance metrics such as time-to-revenue, pipeline, and conversion rates. Identify areas for process improvement and revenue opportunities.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align sales forecasts with resource planning for optimal allocation.

  • Enhance Sales Tools: Collaborate with the Salesforce development team to improve sales process, tools, data hygiene, and enable new sales analytics.

  • Conduct Data Analysis: Perform ongoing detailed data analysis to uncover sales trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration (including Finance or Accounting), Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

  • 2-5 years' experience in sales analysis, data analysis, or a similar role.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, or SQL. Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker desired, but not required.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to all levels – from sales analysts to senior leadership.

  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.

  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the desire to learn new skills, and ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes, revenue drivers, and financial reporting.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms desired, but not required

  • Willing and able to commute into the office (NYC - Midtown West)

Salary:

Primary Location Pay Range: $86,127.49 - $129,191.24

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
