Design Your Future at PVHSr. Sales Coordinator AmazonSr. Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting multiple categories of business, developing strong relationships between internal and external cross-functional teams, as well as be a key player in driving growth within the eCommerce space for the Amazon business groups within The Dress Furnishings Group and Calvin Klein.Responsibilities:Sales Tracking and ReportingAnalyze weekly selling/reporting and partner with AE to capture insights and action plansGenerate weekly performance reporting from AMZ Vendor CentralMaintain and update style hierarchy to ensure accuracy in selling recapsAssist in preparing for Weekly and Quarterly Business Reviews – data gathering, working on decks (PowerPoint presentation), and pulling images from internal databaseOrder ManagementEnsure accuracy in purchase orders – Updating delivery dates and accurate style informationAssist in handling order flow of seasonal purchase orders, especially for new product launchesReview order bulks in system on bi-weekly cadence -- partner with AEs to make adjustmentsEnter orders into 7th Online and handle all updates post-Cut & Sold to meet critical deadlinesCollaborate with AEs and share insights to Demand Planning to improve forecast accuracySite MerchandisingSupervise and audit site merchandising/Product Detail Pages (PDP) – ensuring product is live with accurate attributes, copy, images, color/size variation and A+ Premium contentOwns “New Item Set-Up” process (NIS) each season from start of market to live on site/in-stockMaintain assortment catalog – Communicate out-of-stocks, discontinuations, troubleshoot any errors or notifications on current inventoryOwn the creation and maintenance of Amazon PDPs and all vital content, ensuring an outstanding brand presentation on platform, optimizing all pages for consumer experiencePartner with internal/external marketing, agencies and merchandising teams as neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree1-3 years of experience working within the Ecommerce and/or Wholesale channelKnowledge of eCommerce marketplaces (Ideally Amazon, as a 1st-party seller)Experience with Amazon Vendor Central, a plusSolid understanding of Excel (VLOOK-UPS / PIVOT TABLES) and PowerPointStrong math and analytical skillsAbility to work efficiently and collaborate with cross-functional teamsCritical thinking skills, ability to problem solve and think creativelyExcellent verbal, written and strong interpersonal communication skillsAble to lead a presentation with confidenceFlexibility with schedule for market calendar and special projectsAbility to work and multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentThis position is not eligible for sponsorship.Pay Range:$65,400 - $80,000PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
