Your ability to develop and implement sales strategies and provide strategic insights will position Honeywell as a leader in the industry and drive the company's growth and competitiveness in the market.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support.Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and market leadership.This is a remote role with the candidate living within the territory: RI, MA, NH, and ME.Salary Range: $93,600 - $140,000.YOU MUST HAVEMinimum of 6 years of B2B sales experience.Minimum of 3 years of building access and security sales experience.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.WE VALUEBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Passion for sales and achieving results.Strategic thinking and ability to drive sales performance improvement.Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.Continuous learning and adaptability.Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
