Eddy Visiting Nurse & Rehab Association has a full-time opportunity for a Senior Secretary to join our team supporting our nursing teams

**Responsibilities:**
* General secretarial support of RN Supervisor and a team of RNs providing in-home healthcare, verifying completion of admission records, reconciling weekly schedules for payroll processing, assisting callers, data entry, review and follow-up on a variety of reports, etc.
* This position works as part of a team of Secretaries supporting our RN Supervisors and RNs, with each providing backup for the other.
* Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.
**What you will need:**
* 3-5 years previous secretarial experience required
* .Associates degree preferred but not required.
* High School diploma required.
* Ability to work as part of a team, strong customer service, communication, organizational, time management and computer skills required.
