Role DescriptionThis Sr. Service Planner role is part of our Operations organization, integrated into a team of customer service logistics personnel that support Harmonic's Video and Broadband business. You will report to Sr. Manager, Service Operations. You will be based in San Jose (preferred) or anywhere in the US remotely.
LocationHybrid in San Jose and remote anywhere else in the US.
What you will be doing:- Within the US Service Logistics team, you will ensure daily RMA backlog orders fulfilment in accordance with the Customer Service Level Agreements.
- You will coordinate repair portfolio with our internal facility and with our different vendors/partners, including the weekly management of priorities.
- You will ensure to maintain the appropriate level of spare parts in inventory and manage stock replenishment in our Global Service depot network.
- You will manage, in collaboration with planners, timely faulty unit returns (Reverse Logistics) from customers to factories/service depots for all Harmonic products (Worldwide role).
- Analyzing data coming from Oracle Cloud, SFDC and external sources will be essential.
- Perform analysis for cost, last time buys, claims, and inventory reconciliation.
- Initiate and manage work orders to completion.
- For all those missions, you will interface with Technical Support, Operations, Finance, Product Management and Sales. You will work externally with our Contract Manufacturer, hubs, warehouses, and repair partners. Product knowledge will range from full systems to field spare parts.

- A systems understanding, to navigate systems such as Oracle and Salesforce.
- Experience in working with Suppliers such as service providers and repair depots both on and offshore.

- Education: BA
- Experience: 5-10 years in a Service Logistics Planner role.
- System experience with Oracle Cloud, SFDC and QlikSense is a plus.
Pay & Benefits For this role, the estimated base salary is $80,000 - $125,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market, location and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
