Required Skills: Minimum 8+ years of direct experience as a ServiceNow Architect, Developer, Admin, or application owner, configuring core ServiceNow modules including Service Catalog, Asset, and Configuration ServiceNow certifications/experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, HR, CRM Information Architecture - ServiceNow Common Services Data structures a big plus ServiceNow custom application/portal experience bility to think big and challenge conventional wisdom regarding technology refresh and hype. bility to be flexible, adaptable and learn new concepts quickly. bility to work effectively in a team environment with aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities.
