Job Description:
Job Overview: Sr Software Engineer customer success is a key technical resource who ensures that the Lynx product implementations can be successfully deployed and supported end to end. It is a customer-facing role requiring excellent communication skills collaborating with various internal and external teams, responsible for developing and supporting Lynx products that meet customers' requirements. RequirementsRequired Skills/Education
  • BS/MS in Computer Science/EE plus a minimum of 8 years of experience
  • Proficiency in Unix/Linux internals, C programming, device drivers
  • Strong Knowledge of Intel/ARM/PowerPC Architectures
  • Experience with any RTOS, Debug tools & Virtualization/Hypervisor
  • Good debugging skills
  • Knowledge of Agile software development lifecycles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strict adherence to processes as well as attention to detail
  • US citizens or green card required for this position.
Specific job responsibilities:
  • Ability to learn quickly and understand all Lynx hypervisor and RTOS products.
  • Multiple system architecture with virtualization (x86 and ARM).
  • New hardware bring up with Lynx hypervisor and RTOS.
  • Kernel Design, develop, deploy, maintain and support.
  • Strong knowledge of hypervisors and virtualization technologies (experience in VMware, Hyper-V, KVM or Xen is a plus).
  • Experience with x86 and/or ARM architectures.
  • Proficiency in C and assembly programming language.
  • Discuss with the customers in understanding their requirements, interpret and document.
  • Identify the appropriate solutions to solve customer problems
  • Implement and deliver Proof of Concepts (POCs)
  • Cross-functional interaction with Sales, Pre-Sales, Engineering, and Technical Support teams
  • Knowledge of DO-178C certification.
