This individual will play a crucial role in designing and developing integrations using Cloud Technologies for our new claims system (Guidewire ClaimCenter). Come join us and be part of a growing team!Note: This person must be located within driving distance to our West Bend or Madison, WI office and willing to work a hybrid schedule (2-3 days/week onsite) - NOT open to remote candidates.Responsibilities & Qualifications .NET API development.Automated unit, integration, and regression testing.CI/CD pipelines to build, test, deploy and release code to the cloud.Continuous advocacy of technical craftsmanship and preferred/best practices.Review and oversight of peer proposals and solutions.Lead the design and development of software applications and systems related to claims processing, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Utilize your expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# to build scalable and maintainable solutions.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers within the team.
