Sense of urgency, Customer delight, good collaboration, an eye for details and good problem solving skills will ensure your success in this role. Responsibilities:
- Enhance existing software systems by identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to improve application stability and maintainability.
- Analyze, debug, and resolve software defects and issues in existing applications within set SLAs.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Document changes, updates, and troubleshooting steps to maintain comprehensive project records.
- Collaborate with development, QA, SRE and Support teams to drive Customer delight.
- Drive continuous improvements to ensure operational excellence (Root cause analysis, improve MTTR etc).
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure the longevity and relevance of our software products.
Requirements and Preferred Experience:
- 8+ years of experience maintaining and enhancing enterprise software is required
- 4+ years of professional experience with PHP, React, Powerhouse (4GL) is required
- 4+ years delivering software using an agile methodology required (Scrum preferred)
- Self starter with good problem solving skills and having ability to learn new technology is required
On target ranges above include base plus a portion of variable compensation that is earned based on company and individual performanceThe final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate's geographical location.
