Senior Solar Construction Manager

Overview: The Senior Solar Construction Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of solar projects from inception through completion. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for project-related issues, ensuring that all aspects of construction align with project goals, safety standards, and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the inspection and evaluation of solar sites, preparing comprehensive daily reports and schedules.
- Oversee and document all project activities, ensuring accurate reporting to upper management.
- Providing on-site leadership and support.
- Implement and enforce quality assurance and quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to interpret and execute construction plans and schematics effectively.
- Mentor and manage project teams, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Solar Construction Manager, with a focus on utility-scale solar projects.
- Background with an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company is highly preferred.
- Strong electrical knowledge and experience in quality management practices.
- Minimum of OSHA 10 certification; additional safety training is a plus.
- At least 3 years of on-site management experience in utility-scale solar construction.
- Comprehensive understanding of solar technology, construction methods, and regulatory compliance.
