Job DescriptionJob SummaryLeads solution design architectures for several applications – mapping business requirements to high level design covering technologies, services, and products. Design, describe, and manage the solution by collaborating with various delivery teams and other IT teams Enterprise Architect, Security, Infrastructure etc.. Provides technical expertise to development teams for technical patterns and best practices. Works closely with Enterprise architects and helps in creating technical roadmaps and guidelines.Job DutiesLeads in the creation and solution design of architectures for delivery, development, and support of projects.Provides technical expertise for development teams on projects and initiatives.Guides development teams for technical patterns and best practicesMapping of business capabilities to technical solutions and modulesDevelops technical Roadmap of applicationsTranslate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint and design specifications adhering to enterprise architecture and security best practice standards.Collaborate with other architects (IE: Business Architects) and enterprise/domain architects to ensure solutions are optimized and aligned with strategic direction – Some will be offshore.Creating and leading the process of integrating IT systems for it to meet the requirements of an organizationConducting periodic system architecture evaluation and collaborating with project management and IT development team to improve the architectureEvaluating project constrains to find alternatives, alleviate risks, and perform re-engineering (if required)Updating stakeholders about any issues connected to the architectureFixing technical issues as they ariseGood understanding of enterprise tools and the organization process.Experience with various processes within Healthcare DomainAnalyzing the business impact that individual technical choices may have on a client's business processesContinuously researching emerging technologies and proposing changes to the existing architectureCreating and maintaining, enhancing procedures, processes, and designs for the organization's systemsMentor and guiding development teamsJob QualificationsRequired Education:Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Information Services, or other IT relatedRequired Experience:6 years' experience as a Solution Architect or in a Lead Architect Role managing and maintaining enterprise systems3 yrs experience on the Healthcare Domain Business Process3 yrs Experience with complex solutioning with vendor Integration: Cloud Integration3 yrs Experience with full stack development and deploymentMicroservice and API StrategyHands-on PowerShell scripting and other JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS, NodeJS.Troubleshooting and Optimize SQL Queries and Slowness/bottlenecks.Security Standards and guidelines – Encryption, Web Tokens, Single SignOn, API data Security standardsExperience in various DevOps and DevSecOps StrategiesWeb N-Tier Architecture and Architecture Design Patterns.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Experienced in development (Programming) skills and Performance tuning of applicationsSuperior communication skillsExcellent project and resource management skillIn-depth business and technical analysis skillsRisk identification and management skillsAbility to consult management and engineering teams, with technical advice regarding business analysis, project management, IT architecture, infrastructure, cloud development, and software architecture designExcellent analytical skills and the ability to see the connections between layers of business operationsAbility to understand how different parts of business operations are connected and how business processes achieve their goalsAbility to define the beneficial solutions and the ones which are inefficient for a particular business needExperience with reviewing and ensuring systems are built to adhere with the Compliance and Legal Department Mandates and Requirements.Preferred Qualifications:Graduate degreeMicrosoft cloud offering/solutionsITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) FoundationEDI (Electronic Data Interchange) - Experience in HealthcareETL (Extract, Transform and Load) - Strategy and tool experienceTOGAF FoundationExperience configuring, troubleshooting and Administration of the following tools:Edifecs PlatformSalesforce PlatformSitecore PlatformMuleSoft and ApigeeQNXT (Cognizant/TriZetto)To all current Molina employees: If you are interested in applying for this position, please apply through the intranet job listing.Molina Healthcare offers a competitive benefits and compensation package.
