What we're looking for:A key member of the Workforce Solutions & Strategy team, the Sr. Solutions & Strategy Analyst will craft business cases to influence employers to offer workforce education. They will communicate the business cases and our recommended solutions in a compelling way, and lead critical analyses and knowledge management efforts. They will also serve as support to the Solutions & Strategy team overall by representing the team in cross-functional initiatives, designing innovative solutions, and improving team efficiency.
The role demands a blend of analytical skills, strategic thinking, quantitative reasoning, and a knack for solving ambiguous problems. Impacting both prospective customers and existing customers, this role will have a front-row seat into the workforce education market and the evolving demands of corporations as they tackle talent challenges.

$85,000 - $95,000 USD
