This is a permanent, hybrid role that offers the opportunity to work on complex and challenging projects while enjoying the flexibility of a remote work model. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Virtualization, Servers, Access Points, GPO, and Group Policy. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position and a passion for leveraging technology to drive organizational success.Responsibilities:As a Sr. System Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:1. Managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, access points, and virtual environments.2. Implementing and managing GPO and Group Policies to ensure secure and efficient system operations.3. Planning and executing system upgrades, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency.4. Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in a timely manner.5. Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures to support the organization's operational needs.6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of IT systems.7. Conducting regular system audits to ensure optimal performance and security.8. Providing guidance and technical support to other IT staff members.9. Keeping abreast of the latest industry trends and advancements to ensure the organization's IT infrastructure remains current.Qualifications:The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.2. Proven experience with Virtualization, Servers, Access Points, GPO, and Group Policy.3. A strong understanding of IT infrastructure, system security, and data privacy principles.4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical issues.5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.7. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.8. A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.9.
