As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, Job Duties include:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, particularly for complex or senior leadership-level roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Work closely with senior leadership, HRBPs, and hiring managers to align talent acquisition strategies with organizational objectives and ensure recruitment activities meet business needs.
- Anticipate future talent needs and develop strategies to build a solid pipeline for critical roles across the business.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels (social media, networking platforms, job boards, etc.) to build a diverse and qualified candidate pool. Proactively identify and engage top-tier talent for current and future roles.
Skills:
- 5+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience in a biotech, pharma, corporate, or agency environment. Experience working with global or senior-level talent acquisition is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to cultivate external networks and proactively source candidates across multiple channels, turning research into a diverse talent pipeline.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the offer process effectively, negotiate competitive compensation packages, and close candidates successfully.
