Develops understanding of enterprise business segments and client areas. Exhibits exceptional relationship management ability that includes the ability to communicate, influence, build credibility.* Recruits and sources for actual and projected positions using traditional and creative approaches including but not limited to job postings, internet postings, advertisements, professional networking, sourcing, cold calling, data mining, attendance at job fairs, conferences, colleges and universities, attendance at professional associations and events.* Develops sourcing strategies; consults with hiring managers throughout the full lifecycle of the candidate experience. Consults with hiring managers on qualification, interviewing techniques, and hiring processes.* Leverage recruitment metrics to measure individual performance. Analyze workforce data, in partnership with HR units, that influence hiring strategies attracting best-in-class talent.* Exhibits exceptional relationship management ability that includes the ability to communicate persuasively, build credibility, and interpret verbal and non-verbal behavior.* Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations as well as enterprise policies and procedures.* Participates in enterprise, HR and unit-based activities as assigned.Education* Bachelor's Degree RequiredExperience* At least three (3) years full cycle recruiting experience carrying requisitions and managing client relationships (in house or agency) RequiredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities* Proven experience developing and implementing recruiterment strategies to produce a diverse candidate pipeline; experience facilitating engagement events* Ability to interact effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and at levels of the enterprise* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tacking systems (ATS)* Excellent oral/written skills; skilled in presentation, interviewing, and communicating lateral and vertical through organization chain* Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced, high volume environment and be flexible to changing workflow demands.* Must be detailed oriented, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasksTo carry out its mission, CHOP is committed to supporting the health of our patients, families, workforce, and global community.
