Objective:
Under minimal supervision, this position is responsible for professional and senior-level recruiting responsibilities for SSUSA sites located in Gainesville, TX and remote SSUSA sites located in Washington, South Carolina, Alabama, and Georgia. Ensures that the Company's overall recruiting strategy, technology infrastructure and processes are competitive and aiding to attract and retain the best talent in the marketplace.
Authorities:
This position has the authority to make the decision to recruit professional (exempt) and management employees. This position also has the authority to lead, support and guide junior recruiters.
Duties & Responsibilities:
A) Interpret internal employment demands and translate them into timely, results -driven action items
B) Discusses long-range professional and technical personnel needs with management to prepare and implement recruitment program.
C) Develop and administer sourcing strategies for identifying and recruiting potential new hires.
D) Own and manage the full professional/management life-cycle of recruiting process for assigned requisitions in a timely manner: post requisitions, source candidates, screen & interview candidates, schedule hiring manager interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure that qualified and interested candidates are presented to hiring managers and coordinate mobility of candidates, extend offers, process reimbursements, and coordinate a variety of other items relative to recruitment scheduling as assigned. Conduct candidate background checks and coordinate pre-employment tests.
E) Negotiate offers and draft offer letters in accordance with policy and procedures.
F) Use passive and direct sourcing techniques such as database mining, Internet searching, participating in and networking with external and internal associations, organizations and conducting and gathering competitive research on direct competitor organizations.
G) Plan, design, coordinate and attend recruitment events to include career days, job fairs and campus recruitment events.
H) Liaise and partner with regional and corporate talent management/acquisition to execute recruitment programs and campaigns as requested.
I) Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Applicant Tracking System and acts as the subject matter expert.
