Join us!Job Description:This job is responsible for building and leading a team to deliver technology products and services that meet business outcomes. Key responsibilities include developing a technology strategy, ensuring technology solutions comply with applicable standards, promoting design, engineering, and organizational practices, and advocating and advancing modern, Agile solution delivery practices. Job expectations may include coaching, mentoring, providing feedback and hands on career development, identifying emerging talent, fostering leadership skills, and managing stakeholders.Responsibilities:
  • Builds and manages teams by performing financial activities to inform workforce strategy and hiring practices, setting and tracking maturity and quality objectives, and training employees/teams to address feedback and achieve quality and performance objectives.
  • Facilitates performance and career development of employees/teams through performance reviews, coaching, and creating development plans that are needed to build competencies and skills.

        • Responsible for leading a team that is enhancing, configuring, maintaining, and expanding the capabilities of applications and vendor products that support specific Chief Administrative Office functions.
        • Understand all solution components, how they inter-operate to support global business processes, and has strong, demonstrated delivery skills.
        • Strong vendor relationship management skills including contract negotiations.
        • Liaison between the vendors, the business, and technology.
        • Accountable for system enhancements, including new functionality rollouts and modifications of existing functionality, and coordinates and performs in-depth tests, including test documentation and post-implementation support.
        • Understands Bank of America information security and risk processes and ensures that processes and procedures adhere to defined audit and internal controls. Ensure actions needed are taken with urgency and meet defined delivery timelines.
        • Manage new project/enhancement requests from initiation through post implementation support including configuration.
