  • Oversee and manage all phases of concrete restoration projects from inception to completion
  • Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors and crews, providing guidance and direction as needed
  • Conduct site inspections to assess the progress and quality of the work being performed
  • Develop project schedules and timelines to ensure timely completion of restoration tasks
  • Manage project budgets, including tracking expenditures and ensuring cost-effectiveness
  • Order materials and equipment required for concrete restoration and ensure timely delivery to the site
  • Liaise with engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders to resolve any technical issues or design changes
  • Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment
  • Document project progress and maintain detailed records of work performed, change orders, and other key project details
  • Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns they may have
  • Train and mentor junior staff on concrete restoration techniques and project management practices
  • Stay current with industry trends, new materials, and best practices in concrete restoration
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the restoration process
  • Ensure that all completed work meets or exceeds customer satisfaction and is in
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete restoration, repair, or construction projects
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale concrete restoration projects
  • In-depth knowledge of concrete repair materials, techniques, and industry standards
  • Strong understanding of structural engineering principles as they pertain to concrete structures
  • Experience with budgeting, estimating, and scheduling for construction projects
  • Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and mentor a diverse workforce
  • Strong communication skills for effective coordination with clients, engineers, and construction teams
  • Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and inspection compliance
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites as needed
  • OSHA certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and specifications
  • Experience with formwork and shoring systems for concrete structures
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions and at heights
  • Physical ability to navigate construction sites and handle inspection equipment
  • Availability for emergency response situations or to address unexpected project challenges
