Labor Crew team members are utility players, essential to the operation of Breese Stevens Field as a dynamic event space.Responsibilities include:
- Perform event set-up tasks including, but not limited to the setup and removal of temporary-flooring, stages, tents, tables and chairs.
- Assist with stadium cleanliness including light landscaping and cleaning tasks.
- Move equipment around the facility.
- Use of motorized equipment such as forklifts and golf carts while following appropriate safety procedures.
- Possess a level of physical fitness necessary to safely and repeatedly perform heavy-lifting tasks up to 50lbs.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and fun work environment.
Labor Crew team members are hired for the outdoor event season at Breese Stevens Field which typically runs from early March to late October. This is a part-time, hourly position with scheduled hours generally occurring on a varied schedule, including weekdays and weekends, dictated by event needs.
