Job DetailsJob LocationKraft Sports and Entertainment - Foxborough, MAPosition TypeFull TimeEducation LevelBachelor'sJob ShiftDayJob CategoryStadium OperationsDescriptionSUMMARY:Assists the Stadium Operations Department with managing function and event preparations, game day services, stadium scheduling and the execution of department initiatives, special projects, and other administrative tasks. Additionally, partner with internal groups on the design, production, and execution of special events and functions.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Liaison between functions/events, soccer, football, and business development to ensure operational readiness.
  • Partner with contracted service providers to ensure staffing levels are achieved and all personnel provide best in class services.
  • Ensure functions and event day setups are deployed properly and as requested and report out on any issues that require follow up.
  • Perform routine tours of the facility with a focus on identifying, documenting, and correcting:
    • Safety Hazards
    • Facility Damage
    • Cleanliness Issues
    • Operational Deficiencies
  • Work all major ticketed events as needed to assist with event preparation, coordination, and execution.
  • Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
  • SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 1 to 2 years of general event operations knowledge and experience
    • Collaborative team member with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish a positive rapport with all levels of management, employees, contractors, and the public.
    • Effectively express ideas, opinions, and opportunities for departmental improvement both orally and in writing.
    • General understanding of policies, practices, and techniques used in event management.
    • Customer-service oriented with a fan-friendly attitude and professional appearance at all times.
    • Familiarity of various computer programs to include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
