Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  • Journal entry preparation.
  • Journal entry input to General Ledger.
  • Analyze, check and research all accounts in General Ledger
  • Perform claims reconciliations and claims analysis.
  • Perform investment reconciliation and analysis.
  • Prepare periodic management reports.
  • Other general accounting duties as may be required.
  • Assist in Year-End DOL (Form 5500) filings, SAR and PBGC filing.
  • Special projects assigned by Management.
  • Prepare contribution analysis and related journal entries.
  • Prepare monthly cash receipts and cash reconciliations.

Qualifications:
  • 4 year college degree in accounting
  • 1-3 years prior experience
  • Knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of Oracle financial package.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and high degree of initiative.
  • Must be multi-tasked oriented.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
