Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Journal entry preparation.
- Journal entry input to General Ledger.
- Analyze, check and research all accounts in General Ledger
- Perform claims reconciliations and claims analysis.
- Perform investment reconciliation and analysis.
- Prepare periodic management reports.
- Other general accounting duties as may be required.
- Assist in Year-End DOL (Form 5500) filings, SAR and PBGC filing.
- Special projects assigned by Management.
- Prepare contribution analysis and related journal entries.
- Prepare monthly cash receipts and cash reconciliations.
Qualifications:
- 4 year college degree in accounting
- 1-3 years prior experience
- Knowledge of Excel and Word
- Knowledge of Oracle financial package.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and high degree of initiative.
- Must be multi-tasked oriented.
- Excellent organizational skills.
