  • Reconcile daily and month end accounts receivable activity to the system subledger.
  • Record non-AR cash transactions to the general ledger.
  • Analyze monthly operating expense activity.
  • Prepares all related journal entries accurately and analyzes significant variations.
  • Reconciles all assigned accounts monthly.
  • Forecasts related balance sheet position for all accounts monthly.
  • Prepares assigned reports with accuracy and appropriate footnotes and references.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
  • BS in Accounting, MBA or CPA track is preferred
  • One to three years of experience in private or public accounting
  • Ability to analyze detailed accounting activity assessing the amounts for P&L Risks and Opportunities
SKILLS
  • Superior PC Skills in a Windows environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with mainframe G/L and subsystems
