Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you'll perform essential day-to-day accounting tasks while supporting broader financial activities. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented candidate with a strong foundation in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive mindset.Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate general ledger journal entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in preparing monthly accruals and ensure expenditures are correctly recorded.
  • Conduct analytical reviews of operating expense data, comparing actuals to forecasts or trends to ensure accuracy in monthly reporting.
  • Prepare audit schedules and management reports as required, supporting audit and tax teams as needed.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses for Finance, Tax, and other departments to support strategic decision-making.
  • Participate in special projects such as testing accounting system changes/upgrades and implementing process improvements.
  • Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned to support organizational goals.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of general accounting experience.
  • Active CPA certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel.
  • Experience in a multinational company preferred.
  • Knowledge of large general ledger software applications and online procurement and expense reporting systems is advantageous.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

In addition to a base salary and bonus plans, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages.
